Importing and exporting filters

Importing and exporting filters

Turn on the filter export:

• Go to Settings >Labs look for "Filter import/export"
• Click enabled, and
• save changes at the bottom

Exporting:

• Now go to Settings > Filters
• Select the filters you want to export, and
• Export by clicking the button at the bottom and save the output file

Importing:

• Go to the other email account where you want to import your filters
• Do step 1
• Now go to Settings > Filters
• click import filters link (at the bottom of the page next to 'create a new filter' link)
• Import the xml file you have saved
